our units is a 4th floor penthouse condo and the other is a second 
floor unit. This beautiful and quiet beach stretches for miles—all 
the way to Kihei. From your room, enjoy the sound of the surf, as 
well as 180-degree spectacular ocean views! Several 5 star 
restaurants also await you within easy walking distance. 

Best of all, Maalaea is between the towns of Lahaina and Wailea, and 
20-30 minutes away from Makena, Kapalua, and Kaanapali. This affords 
you the endless recreation Hawaii is legendary for, but with the 
quiet serenity only a small town can bring. It is no wonder why many 
consider Maalaea Hawaii's "Best Kept Secret." 

From the grounds, enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunrise dancing 
off the peak of Haleakala, one of Hawaii's oldest volcanoes, or look 
to the sea and watch the seasonal migration patterns of whales. When 
it’s time to cool off, enjoy your favorite drink by the pool or take 
a snorkeling adventure with sea turtles in the warm waters in front

Bedrooms have Queen Size beds with their own bathrooms. The master 
bathroom has a tiled shower/tub and the second bathroom has a tiled 
step in shower. This fourth floor air conditioned unit has an 
absolutely breathtaking view of the endless sparkling ocean from the 
master bedroom and lanai. The kitchen and second bedroom has 
beautiful views of the mountains and cane fields. 

The units have  absolute breathtaking view of the endless sparkling 
ocean.

Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, 
oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and cooking utensils. Phone,

Nearby Attractions

Maalaea village has some wonderful restaurants. The Maalaea Grill, 
Blue Marlin and Buzz's Wharf are right there at the harbor with ocean 
front views. The Waterfront Restaurant is located next door in the 
Milowai condo. For lunch, I recommend Maalaea Grill overlooking the 
harbor. 

The Maui Ocean Center is our Hawaiian aquarium, and the new Maalaea 
Mall has wonderful shops, a very good ice cream parlor, and a 
miniature golf course.

Activities (on site or nearby): If you do care to leave the grounds, 
here are some of the activities that are in store for you: hiking, 
biking, golf, tennis, fitness center, gym, miniature golf, amusement 
parks, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, museums, 
sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, surfing,
