This is a lovely lakefron cottage with gorgeous views. Each bedroom 
and living room has a walk out deck/balcony overlooking the lake and 
mountains. The cottage is located one hour north of Montreal, thirty-
five minutes south of Mt. Tremblant, minutes from the center of Ste. 
Agathe and within walking distance from the village of Val-David.
There are three bedrooms all with queen beds: master is downstairs.  
Upstairs you will find half bath, two bedrooms (queens) and a child 
friendly loft that has one double futon and one single futon.
The cottage has a nice bright and airy feel.  Kitchen was remodeled 
in 2005 to include all new cabinetry, new appliances and stone 
counters. 

Large brick fireplace, phone, satelite T.V., CD player, DVD upstairs 
and downstairs, Playstation II with two controls, Interent access 
washer/dryer, microwave, crock pot, food processor, coffee maker, gas 
BBQ, outdoor firepit, linens, pedalo.  

Walk to the Linear Park where you can cross country ski in winter and 
bike ride on the summer.  Minutes away from local downhill ski hill 
and within walking distance to the snowshoe/crosscountry lodge where 
there are a multitude of beautiful trails through the mountains.
Kayak or canoe in the lake or river.  Also available nearby, hiking, 
rock-climbing (Val-David is a rockclimbing mecca)horseback riding, 
sleigh rides, snowmobiling, sledding, golf, fishing, acro-branching, 
and windsurfing. Shopping, restuarants and cinemas are all nearby.  
Of course, you can stay at home and swim or use the pedalo in your 
back yard!  

We rent by the week..if you would like to consider a longer or 
shorter stay..let us know.  All quotes are in Canadian dollars.

Fall- $800

Winter- $900-$1,110

Spring- $750 

Summer- $1,200
