that we rent out as a one-family 6 bedroom house. Across the street
from a very private prestine beach with views of the Cape Cod Canal.
The beach is approximately 100 yards from the ocean. Dead end street
ideal for jogging, biking or walking. This is the best kept secret
on Cape Cod

Deck chairs are supplied for the upstairs wrap-around deck.

This location is at the lower Cape close to the Sagamore Bridge.
Close to Hyannis, Falmouth, Plymouth and 1 hour from
Provincetown.Many great courses within 3 to 5 miles of the house.
Some of the better courses include Pine Hills and Waverly Oaks in
Plymouth. Other courses include The Barnstable Fair grounds and the
Atlantic Country Club.
Close to outlet malls and great restaurants. Deep sea fishing is
available on your own or by charter. Striped bass are caught right
off shore off the beach or off the Cape Cod Canal

Rates |
|
On Season rates are $2,200 per week with a Saturday to Saturday
stay. Weekend rates apply in May or June pre-season, or September
and October, post-season.
Security deposit of $300 is due for any damages or excessive
cleaning needs. Damages are not limited to this $300 fee
