Your Swiss Efficiency hosts, Verena & Rudi, originally from Central
Switzerland and Germany's Black Forest, welcome world travelers to
our newly built B&B apartments. We are fluent in English, Swiss and
German, and also speak moderate French and Italian.
The Swiss Efficiency apartments are on the garden level of our
home. These apartments are the ideal arrangement for short or long
stays in Anchorage, either for business of family visits.
We are conveniently located close to restaurants, stores, bike
trails and city parks. Breakfast provisions are supplied in the
kitchenette.

Garden Efficiency $100, $95 for 3 or more nights stay.
Mountain View Efficiency $110, $105 for 3 or more nights stay.
$10.00 extra for 2 beds.
Note: Add 12 % bed tax to the above rates.
Reservations must be made 7 days in advance. Minimum reservation is
for 2 nights; single nights approved on a "last minute" basis only.
A reservation deposit of one night due 7 days after arranging
reservation and 50% of the total if staying 5 or more nights, is due
no later than ten (10) days prior to the reservation date.
Reservation deposits by cashier's check, money order, personal check
or credit cards are accepted. Balance is due upon arrival.
