This fabulous townhome sits across from Vail Mountain and offers a 
birds eye view of the gondola and Vail ski mountain as well as the 
New York range. There are two decks to enjoy the views from, as well 
as from every room of the house, and the ski lifts are only 5 minutes

Tha main floor consists of a living room and is open to the dining 
area/kitchen that overlooks the ski resort. The main floor also has 
1/2 bath. The 2nd floor is a master bedroom and loft with a fabulous  
shower that has two heads and a window from the shower overlooking 
the ski mountain!
The 1st level is two bedrooms, each with their own bath in the 
bedroom for maximum privacy. One has a queen size bed and the other 
has two twins which can be converted to a king. All beds are dressed 
with cozy comforters and pillows. This home will truly feel like your 
home away from home if you are used to living in luxury! Make 
yourselves comfortable. There is a sound system which has speakers in 
the living room/dining room, master bedroom/bath and on the upper 
deck with the hot tub. Enjoy your favorite music while relaxing in 
the hot tub after an invigorating day on the mountain. The hottub 
overlooks the ski mountain and is private enough that bathing suits 
are optional!

There is a swimming pool however only open during the summer season. 
The hot tub is private on the upper deck of the home. Wood burning 
fireplace in the living room. DVD, CD, digital music, cable, high 
speed internet available with wireless connection if you bring a 
laptop.

Vail is a world renowned ski resort offering some of the best skiing 
terrain in the world. It is also a great summer destination with 
hiking and mountain biking as main attractions as well as the many

Nightly rate is $750 with a 10% discount being offered for a  full 
week booking. Holiday rental is $900 per night. Minimum rental is 4 
nights.
