A 1924 remodeled, redecorated bungalow is awaiting you. Furnished in 
family heirloom antiques, this cozy house has a large living room, 
large kitchen with eating space in addition to a separate dining 
room.  From this location, day trips abound to the beaches, 
dunes, museums, art gallery and festivals.  

There are 2 queen beds and 1 double bed in the bedrooms.  Linens and 
towels are provided.  One bathroom has an ADA toilet and easy step-in-
shower.  There is no telephone.  Bay Bungalow has electric forced air 
heat.  There is a TV, VCR, stereo system with CD player and turntable 
complete with 1920's music!  There are no spices, food, or microwave in 
the basically equipped kitchen.  There is a toaster 
oven and an electric range with 2 ovens.  There is a washer and 
dryer.  Off the alley, there is a 2-car detached garage plus off-
street parking.  Bay Bungalow is on City water and sewer.

From Bay Bungalow you can walk to the Bay and the Boardwalk, downtown 
to restaurants and shops.  A 7 mile drive takes you to Charleston and 
the ocean.  A short drive down Cape Arago Highway takes you to 
Simpsons Reef overlook to view seals, sea lions, bald eagles, whale 
spouts, etc.  Shore Acres State Park and Botanic Gardens is a year 
round draw.  The dunes are a short distance to the north.  Bandon 
Dunes Golfing is just 20 minutes south. 

The rates are $60/night for 1 or 2 people; $85/night for 3; 
$110/night for 4-6 people maximum.  Two night minimum stay is 
required.  Children under age 10 are free.  There is a $75 cleaning 
fee or YOU clean and accept the Cleaning Fee Waiver Agreement.  
Special weekly rates are $360/week for 1 or 2 people; $510/week for 
3; $660/week for 4-6 people maximum.  No smoking; no pets.

If reservations are canceled 30 days or more prior to your arrival 
date, all fees will be refunded minus a $75 administrative fee.  If 
reservations are canceled less than 30 days of your arrival date, the 
cleaning fee, if paid, and one half of the rental fee will be 
refunded.  All fees will be refunded if your reserved time is rented 
by another party.
