Our brand new house offers approximately 4,000 plus square feet of 
living space with five bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a game room and 
lots of common areas in addition to numerous outdoor decks. Enjoy 
unique handcrafted details throughout the house, which will 
accommodate multiple families and sleep 12 comfortably.

Cleaning Fee: $200.00 

Cancellations and Refunds 
To cancel a confirmed reservation, please call us as soon as you 
know you will be unable to vacation, to give us as much time as 
possible to re-rent the home. We will need written notification of 
cancellation signed by the leaseholder that can be sent via mail or 
fax. If we are unable to re-rent home, no refund will be made. If we 
are able to re-rent home all monies less $500.00 booking deposit 
will be refunded.  
 
Deposits 
In addition to the rental fee, a semi-refundable $800.00 Security 
Deposit will be collected at the time of check-in. The Security 
Deposit must be paid by cash or money order or bank check. Please 
note, NO personal checks will be accepted for Security Deposits. The 
security deposit (less $200.00 for cleaning expenses) up to $600.00 
will be refunded within 21 business days of your departure after 
inspection of the property and contents. The security deposit will 
cover cleaning ($200.00 fee) and could also be applied towards any 
damage or missing items and/or could be retained for violation of 
the non-smoking and/or pet clauses as stated in this lease.
