Some things you won't want to miss on your Molokai vacation.
Maui/Molokai Ferry. Daily Ferry service is provided between Maui
and Molokai on the Maui Princess and Molokai Princess.
Kalaupapa Settlement. THis is one of the most isolated and
beautiful communities in the world. This is the site where Father
Damien once ministered and cared for those stricken with leprosy.
Halawa Valley. This is about a half days drive roundtrip, but
well worth it. There are many places to stop and snorkel. Some
awesome waterfalls that you can see on the guided hikes. You will
also see remnants of the hawaiian walls and housing structures on
your hikes through the valley.
Purdy's Natural Macadamia Nut Farm. This is a small operation
and a great place to see how macadamia nuts are grown.
At the Natrual Conservancy Preserve, you can see views of the
famous Molokai north shore cliffs, the steepest in the world.
And of course, there are many great places to snorkel, deep sea
fishing, and scuba diving.
