is located on the pristine turquoise waters of Kalamalka Lake, the jewel 
of the Okanagan Valley. 

4500 square feet of luxury living, country style. This open plan, post-
and-beam custom new home boasts gorgeous unobstructed views of Kalamalka 
Lake and just a 2-minute stroll to its beachfront. Perfect for group 
cooking and entertaining, the gorgeous gourmet kitchen is large enough 
for all to have a hand in meal time bounty, yet intimate enough to sit 
back and sip local wines at the granite counter bar and watch kitchen 
creativity.

Or perhaps watch from afar as the kitchen spills onto the main room and 
dining area. Bold colors, clean lines and Mediterranean accents, it’s 
all in the details here. A huge feature wood-burning fireplace sparks 
conversation; a handmade harvest table, seating for 12 guests, craves 
big dinners and even bigger laughs; clear lake views of Kalamalka water 
empower the spirit. Relaxing in our home comes effortlessly.

The main house plan was designed to host many guests, and space is easy 
for 2 families to share. Every room upstairs has outdoor access to the 
pool, huge deck and lawn space (perfect for Bocci) and outdoor covered 
grilling and dining area. 

4 spacious bedrooms (sleeping 8 people total), 4 custom bathrooms, an 
open living and dining room and separate downstairs family and 
entertainment room make up the main house. Adjacent to the main house, 
there is a private, self-contained two-room coach house with a full 
kitchen and bathroom that sleeps an additional couple or small family 
comfortably. (Max. 4 people). Renting both the villa and main house 
accomodates up to 12 people.

It's a four seasons playground! Enjoy wine festivals and wine tastings 
at the many local vineyards and winery restaurants in the fall; golfing 
and spa trips in the spring; skiing at local Silver Star and Big White 
in the winter; and boating, swimming and watersports galore in the 
summer. The central Okanagan location gives you access to it all.
