Located on the westshore of beautiful Flathead Lake, the Flathead 
Lake Reunion Home has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms 
with approximately 5000 square feet of room on 46 acres, with about 
six hundred feet of lakefront with a dock and boat lift. The dock and 
lake front are a short walk or drive from the house. There are five 
decks, each with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The home 
has three levels. There are three bedrooms on the upper level, each 
with it's own bathroom. There is a library on the uppper level with a 
queen sized futon and a fireplace. On the middle floor, there is a 
bedroom with it's own bathroom, kitchen and dinning room, a sofa 
sleeper, an entry way bathroom, living room with a fireplace, and a 
business nook. The lower level has one bedroom with an adjacent 
bathroom and a family room with a number of sofas, and a queen sized 
sofa sleeper.

Air conditionning, two barbeques, two satellite tvs, dvd players, 
stereo, every kitchen gadget immaginable, dock with boatlift, six 
picnic tables, 9000 square feet of lawn, two jetted bath tubs, a 
wheel chair ramp, and much more.

Fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, bird watching, Glacier 
Park only sixty miles away, shopping in Bigfork, kayaking, canoeing, 
and whatever else you want to do in the Big Sky of Montana.

The prime time weeks of the summer are $4100 for up to 22 people. 
That includes July and the first three weeks of August. June and 
Sepember are $3100 a week. There is a $270 cleaning fee, a 7% Montana 
State Bedtax, and a $1000 security/damage deposit, which is 
refundable within a couple of weeks providing nothing is broken or 
damaged. You must pay half the weekly rate upfront when booking, the 
othe half by Feb. 1st of the year that you are booking for. If you 
are booking after Feb. 1st, you must pay the whole weekly rate when 
booking. If you cancel after booking, you will be refunded all your 
money except for $200 IF the week you booked can be booked to another 
party. If not, you are stuck with that week and no refund will be 
given back.
