UPPER HIGHTOWER RAINBOW TROUT FARM. Twelve acres to roam next to the 
Chattahoochee Wilderness. Near the APPALACHIAN TRAIL on the eastern 
edge of Hiawassee.

This is a kids paradise to play or hang out in, or quiet enough for a 
romantic get-a-way. Twelve acres total - Five acres of woods with two 
trails that continue up to the wilderness. Three U-Catch Rainbow 
Trout ponds and a LARGE lawn area to run free, plus lots of play 
areas to splash around in and get wet. Several shady picnic areas on 
property and several picnic tables with umbrellas. Tree House to play 
or sleep in. Outdoor fire pit with free wood. Perfect for smores.

Come and let the gentle babble from the creeks and a sense of Heaven 
take you away. Explore the woods or just sit in a shady spot and 
watch the Rainbow Trout swim around. We are amazed daily with the 
magnitude of the beauty of this place and the nature around us, we 
invite you to experience this here.

Biggest Rainbow Trout Caught this season was 16 pounds 12 oz. from 
our Trophy Pond by a 8 year old boy 4-12-06.

About Cloud9: The two story section is the original cabin built in 
the 1940's on the homestead that once was over 100 acres. It has the 
kitchen, dining room, and upstairs is two bedrooms and one full bath 
room. The right side section is the master suite with a full shower 
bathroom, closets, and laundry room was added on in the 1970's. The 
left hand side of the house was added on in 2003 and is the garage 
where the ping-pong table is kept and upstairs is the HUGE great room 
with beatiful real wood panel. Cloud9 is not a trailer home.

BUNKHOUSE:  The bunkhouse was converted in 2006 to accomodate 
Appalachian Trail Hikers Late Feb to Early May.  It is available to 
accomodate large groups for the Extra Persons Fee for 7 or more.  The 
bunkhouse is not rented separately.

Cloud9 also has a BUNK HOUSE that will sleep an additional 14 people 
in bunk beds. Bunkhouse is included with rentals for the extra 
persons fee and a $40 additional cleaning fee and not available 
separately.

from John C. Campbell Folk School, 10 Minutes to Georgia Mountain 
Fair, Brasstown Bald Georgia's highest peak 20 minutes away, the 
curvyest, hillyest roads around for sports car enthusiast and 
motorcyclists, 10 minutes from North Carolina, 30 minutes from 
Chatooga white water rafting and 2 hours from Ocoee in Tennessee, 30 
minutes to Helen - Georgia's Alpine Village, with lots of shops and 
rafting which is a must do in this area.
 

Basic rates for 6 persons start at $100 per night.  Weekly rates 
start at $595.  All subject to seasonal increases.  Please call for 
current specials.
Contract & Security Deposit required on all rentals. 7+ persons 
require extra fees
Pet fee $20 first night $10 subsequent nights. Pet Deposits also 
required
