Sleeps 3, one bedroom with two single beds, one sofa-bed in the 
living room, dining room, one bath, full kitchen,parking for one 
vehicle.  Ideal for vacationers or someone who is moving to San 
Diego and wants to look for a permanent situation. 
Easy acces to fwy (I-54,  I-805 , I-5 ), 20 minutes to San Diego 
Attractions and airport.
Absolutely non smoking in the condo and no pets.

Refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffemaker, cooking utensils,
disposal, range/oven, microwave, etc.

 Rates 

 


To be able to rent it, you have to deposit or send money order 50% 
of the weekly rate or the monthly rate in case you are planning to 
stay a whole month. Upon arrival at the condo, you have to pay the 
rest (50%) and we will require a $650 fully refundable deposit 
(debited only if there is damage to the condo or its contents).
