Lakefront executive home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on Goshorn
Lake. Views of Lake Michigan dunes and peaceful Goshorn Lake and
woods including deer, white swans, and other wildlife. Many lodging
luxuries including fireplace, double refrigerator, and 5 burner gas
stove. Perfect for large gatherings, family reunions, etc.
Sleeps up to three or four families. One bedroom on main floor
(perfect for those who don't like to climb stairs) with queen bed
television, three bedrooms on second floor with KING BEDS (two with
televisions)including one king suite featuring lake views and a
sitting room. Upstairs (third floor)dorm style room with two sets of
bunk beds (bottoms full beds), two twins and one queen (queen floor
in alcove). Two murals inside done by a local well-known artist.
Boat dock, paddle boat available or bring your own canoe or kayak or
just throw your fishing pole into the water. Warm enough to swim
all summer! New for 2006 Floating Swim Raft in Lake, two bikes, and
a canoe!

POOL/BILLARD TABLE new. Gourmet kitchen with bay window seating.
We have an outdoor table that seats four for dinner, lunch or
cocktails. There are two additional chairs on the deck.
This is a well-maintained home, just under 4,000 square feet. No
smoking inside please. We ask that you leave the house as you found
it, with the exception of the bedding and towels. Boat must be
returned in condition found. This is our second home, please treat
it gently. You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
Deposit must be received within 7 days of agreement of reservation
and balance due 30 days before rental.

Oval beach is a five minute drive (4.5) miles where you can walk
Lake Michigan's beach, Douglas Beach is four miles away or Saugatuck
Dunes State Park is about a mile and a half down the road. There are
13 miles of sandy hiking trails, the southern portion of the park is
mostly made up of the coastal dune. Visit the shops or art galleries
in Saugatuck or Douglas, go for a dune buggy ride, charter a fishing
boat or sailboat, rent jet skis, go fruit-picking, at one of the
many local orchards, visit the Fenn Valley Vineyards or just stay on
the porch and read a book! If you choose not to drive,
Saugatuck/Douglas Interurban will pick you up across the street.
