Enjoy the best of Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras at the Walch 
Family's new Las Palmas Villas. The two beachfront Villas (lower, 
Palms Villa and upper, Reef Villa), have be constructed with each 
floor having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths each 1,000 square feet. Rent one 
villa or combine your larger group (8 maximum) into two villas. 
These villas are designed for people who want to vacation right on 
the beach with on property amenities of diving, snorkeling and ocean 
front restaurant. Las Palmas is conveniently located on the south 
coast of Roatan at Dixon Cove, less than eighteen minutes from the 
nightlife of West End Town, but within our own private and secure 
white sand beach front peninsula. We are just five minutes from your 
arrival at Roatan International Airport.

On arrival in Roatan you will be met at the airport and escorted to 
the villa.
 
You will be provided with a Welcome Pack which includes first 
evening snacks and breakfast, so that you may relax and settle into 
your vacation home. 

Island Shack Services provides you with a cell phone for your use 
while on Roatan.  The number can be supplied to you prior to your 
visit so you can be contacted during your stay if you wish.

*Initial cell phone service will be 100 lempira in value for local 
calls. Additional time must be purchased by the Renter


We can arrange a courtesy call during your stay to ensure you are 
comfortable and satisfied or you may prefer to contact us by cell 
phone so that we may assist you.
 

We hope you choose to enjoy a stay at Palms or Reef Villas with all  
the amenities it has to offer for your comfort, pleasure, and 
recreation.

Each villa has beach view frontage with both sunset and sunrise 
vistas. The Villas sit right on the beach just a few footsteps from 
the shores edge. On a clear day you can even see the coast of 
Honduras's mainland

Please note that Holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years 
and Easter are in extremely high demand and are priced at $1,350 per 
week or portion of the week.

Normal weekly rates are $1,050 per week.

Payment options to ne negotiated with Islandshack property manager.

All our rates include AC. Should our guests elect to not choose AC, 
they Villa can be rented for $150 less per week.
