We are the owners of this ocean front, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at 
Kaanapali Shores. Our rent is less than half of the office price and 
yet you will get the same wonderful amenities if you rented from 
Resort Quest. We have been renting this unit for about 10 years and 
have lots of happy customers that come back every year. We hope to make 
you a believer by staying in our great condo and saving enough money to

Two bedrooms two bathrooms.  Both bedrooms and living room have a 
great oceanfront view.  
Full size kitchen with all the appliances you would expect at home.  
Cable TV in both bedrooms and in the living room.  
Nice Hawaiian style furniture with Hawaiian upholstery and quality 
art on the walls make this unit a pleasure to stay in.  Two lanais 
with table and chairs for your viewing enjoyment and watching the 
whales during whale season. 
The resort has a great restaurant and convenience stores right on the 
property.  Safe parking lot with an attendant and tennis courts if you 
would like to play.  The sunsets are spectacular from the nice sandy 
beach, but I cannot take credit for that.  I know you will like this

If you are a golfer, there are great golf courses nearby.
Close to Lahaina for your shopping and dining pleasures.  
There is a great supermarket, several restaurants and shops right across 
the street from the resort, which make it very convenient for shopping.  
Whaler's village is nearby also.  
This resort has a wonderful location on a great sandy beach.  There is 
not much more that I can add to it.  

Our rates start at $199 for one bedroom ocean front unit and $289 for 
a 2 bedroom ocean front unit.  (Holiday rates are slightly higher, but 
not much).  If you would like to compare my rates to the ones from the 
Resort Quest, you may call them and ask how much is a 
2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front unit going for.  You will be delighted to 
know how much you are saving.  (the management of this resort hates 
the fact that we independent owners discount our rates).  But that is 
our advantage to set the rates at what we feel is "fair". There is a 
$9.00 per day parking fee that the resort collects and they charge 
for the phone usage. Hawaii tax and one time cleaning is added to this 
price.  We can give you a detailed quote if you would like to call us.
