solitude.  The back yard features a large, tiled patio (shared,

area) overlooking and surrounding the swimming pool and tropical
gardens.  This space is perfect for outdoor entertaining, rain or
shine. It also includes a new stainless steel barbeque, a patio set
for 4, and a family sized dining table.

Peak Season: Jan - April Incl.
$1,600 per week 
$5,800 per month for 1 month
$5,200 per month for 2 (successive) months 
$4,400 per month for 3 (successive) months

Christmas week : $2,500

Pre & Post Peak Season: Nov. ,Dec. & May 
$900 per week (+25% for U.S. Thanksgiving week)
$2,800 per month.

Off-Season: June 1 - Oct. 31

Administration:
Rates quoted for maximum 4 people
Flat fee of $500 per month for each person over maximum 4 people 
(pro-rated for weekly rentals)
$100 cleaning fee per rental period
$1,000 damage deposit (refundable upon check-out inspection)
1/3 deposit required at time of booking
