Full season rate for 4+ months is $6500 (includes cleaning service).  
Season runs from December 11 until April 15. Damage/utility deposit 
of $1000 required.

Cancellation Policy: All rent received will be returned if the owner 
is able to re-rent for the same time period at the same net rent.  If 
the tenant cancels after signing the lease and paying the rent, and 
the owner is unable to re-rent for the same time period at the same 
net amount, any rent received from the signed/paid tenant will be 
forfeited. The owner will contact previous inquiries, in a good-faith 
attempt to re-rent the cancelled rental period. Damage/utility deposit
(s) will always be returned in full if the rental has been cancelled 
prior to occupancy.
