“Keep Manhattan just gimme that countryside.”
Our house is your house. Hike our nine acres of rolling farm land
with woods and crick. Cozy living room with wood stove, porch and
large dining room. Our farmhouse sleeps 8+. There is one full
bathroom with indoor plumbing. There are 2 private bedrooms with
double beds (one on first floor and one on the second). Also on
second floor, there are two connected bedrooms with one double bed
in one room and two twins in the other. To accommodate more than 8
there are two double futon couches (one in living room and one in
loft area). Living room has door for privacy. Well-behaved animals
welcomed! Large fenced in area.

Farmhouse equipped and furnished. Washer/dryer, eat-in kitchen
(frig, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee grinder, blender
etc.). No television reception, but have radio, DVD/VHS player and
lots of movies. Family games, bocce ball, full size electric
keyboard, & guitar for your use.

20 minutes to Ithaca, NY (home of the Moosewood Restaurant, Cornell,
Ithaca College, Cayuga Nature Center, Science Center, New York State
parks, gorges, hiking trails).
Visit the wineries, Corning, Watkins Glen, Cooperstown, Seneca
Falls. Boat (public boat slips at Myers Park) on Cayuga Lake (7
minutes from the
Farm). Beautiful vistas, surrounded by farm land. Greet the
chickens in the morning. Attend music and arts and crafts
festivals, Seasonal Ithaca Farmers’Market
35 minutes to Greek Peak

Rates |
|
$875 per week. $150 per night and $500 for a long weekend. Higher
rates applied to graduation weeks. Typically we rent from Friday to
Friday.
