This rental unit is located near a town called Jensen Beach, it is 
between the Atlantic Ocean, and the Indian River.  To get to it, you 
can drive south from Ft. Pierce on A1A, or through the town of 
Jensen Beach, drive over the Bridge that goes over the Indian River 
to Hutchinson Island.  From there it's a short drive north.  
To enter condo gate, the renter must have the security which will be 
provided by the owner at the time the agreement is signed.  
The clicker which will open the 24 hour security gate to allow your 
entry.  The unit is just a short drive from the gate.  You will have 
your own private parking space in front of the unit for one car, and 
the unit will occupy 2 people.

This unit is a very clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a large living 
room, and dining room.  There is an old saying, "Never judge a book 
by it's cover".  The unit is fully furnished with Ethan Allen (see 
photo's) furniture, dishes, towels, washer, dryer, micro wave, 2 
electric coffee pots, (one for decaf), TV set,w/ VCR, and all of the 
essentials you would expect to find.   

My wife and I are very proud of this unit, you will be renting 
directly from us.  We keep it clean and we know you expect it to be 
that way when you arrive, that is why we also ask that you do not 
smoke, and that you will not bring any pets with you, (NO 
EXCEPTIONS).... pets are not allowed in this unit.  The reason of 
course is we want it to stay odor free for everyone who uses 
it, if you don't smoke or own any pets I'm sure you will understand 
and agree, thank you.

The Clubhouse is on the Ocean side of Ocean Drive which is protected 
by a security gate, you must have the clicker to enter, on the 
property is the Parking areas, Clubhouse, Heated Pool, the Shuffle 
board & Boce courts.  

Inside the clubhouse there is Billiard & Ping Pong tables, a small 
library, a TV Lounge, down the steps is the private beach.  If you 
keep an eye on the activity board you will find when the next dance, 
potluck dinner, craft display, or flea market will take place.  
This is a resort type of place will keep you busy all winter if you
want to with their planned activities with lot's of friendly people 
who will help you with anything you need.  There are activities like 
dances, pot luck dinners,and the Swimming, playing Boccie, or 
Shuffle Board.

However if you just want to stay home and rest, there is always the 
cable TV and card games, but who wants to stay home with all there 
is to do.  If you want to go shopping, there is the Super Walmart, 
the Treasure Coast mall only a few miles away with so many stores you
will go crazy, and maybe broke, but you will have a good time with 
plenty of Treasure Coast mall shopping.
There are to many stores for me to list here, but you will find 
Sears,J.C. Penny, Macys, and other big name stores.  
In the mall of course they have a full movie screens in several
different movie theaters.  A few blocks from the Mall there is a 
Super Walmart, Sam's Club, a B.J's and others.

The Monthly rate for Jan. 2009 is 1,350.00, February 2009 is 
$1,450.00, March 2009 is $1,550.00, April 2009 is $950.00 plus a 
$250.00 security deposit.  These rates included electric, water, 
sewer, Telephone for local calls, and basic cable TV. 
If you are looking to rent for all three months, I can 
offer a special three or four month special rate if the renter pays 
for all the months requested in advance.  There is a signed rental 
agreement required, and a security deposit.  The security deposit 
will be refunded by mail after your stay is over, and everything is 
clean and left the renter found it.  I'm sure you will 
understand....my concern is for the next person after your stay.

Other renters who want to stay one month will pay for one month also
in advance. At any rate, my goal is also for you to enjoy your stay,
with the warm winter weather we have here in Florida.

For others who want to stay a week or more, during this winter 
season the rate is $650.00 per week, Summer season is a little more 
due to the air conditioning, and that would be $750.00, plus a 
$250.00 security deposit for the entry clicker, keys to the Rec 
area/bath house and and anything missing or damaged.  
However you won't find anything less than this even with the 
added costs.  Hotels in the area are charging $275.00 per night, and 
they also ask for a security deposit, this choice is one you won't 
regret.  I have had many satisfied people who have stayed and 
enjoyed it very much.
