Bedroom #3: Twin Bunk beds, dresser, and TV/DVR unit

The living area is extremely well furnished with a tropical theme 
and everything you need to settle in and feel right at home.  A 
large dining area is perfect for meals or playing some games after a 
wonderful day out at on the beach.  A TV/DVD with cable TV is 
provided in the family room with large, comfortable sofas/chairs.  

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including large 
GE fridge with ice/water in the door, GE microwave oven, GE electric 
stove with glass stove top,dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and all 
the dishware/utensils you will need. The kitchen also includes a 
large desk/hutch and high-speed internet connection.

The unit also includes a large laundry room with washer, dryer and 
large utility sink.

beach you can enjoy watching the cruise ships come and go from Port 
Canveral! Just a few miles north is the Kennedy Space 
Center where the space shuttle launches from.  And of course all the 
many attractions of Orlando and the international airport are just a 
quick 45-50 minutes west.

Terms:  30% due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival
        $500 refundable security deposit due at booking
        Cleaning fee ($100) and 11% taxes due in addition to rates
