Furniture, Dining room, porch furniture, beach tags (7), No Smoking. 
New appliances in the kitchen and new washer/dryer; the bathroom has 
also been newly tiled and it is clean and comfortable. Ceiling fans 
are in all bedrooms. A special feature is our large, enclosed front 
porch with large windows for a panoramic view of St. James Place.
There is a clean enclosed outside shower for showering after the 
beach or any time.
The unit is always kept fresh and as clean as could be. Pets and 
Smoking are not permitted. The neighborhood is mostly family 
vacationers having an old fashion good time.
Our condo is very close to a clean, Lifeguard protected World Class 
Beach with clean public restrooms, a Lifeguard First aid station, 
popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast, lunch, and 
dinners. And we are located at the very start of the boardwalk with 
a ramp for biking, running, walking, or just sitting watching the 
views. 
There are churches, shopping, delis, ice cream parlors, and popular 
restaurants all nearby. There is always something or nothing to do; 
it’s your choice!! 
Saturday 2PM check in to Saturday 10 AM checkout; $200 deposit 
required to hold your reservation

Includes the use of 7 beachtags, A/C, full kitchen and dining room, 
off street parking for 2 cars (so important), outside shower, ground 
level storage unit for beach stuff, enlcosed front porch.
