We have 2 homes, both located on the water, the largest of our homes 
is 159.00 per night, double occupancy, 10.00 per night per extra 
guest. Our smaller home is 129.00 per nite, double occupancy,10.00 
per night per extra guest.This rate does not include a 7% bed tax 
and a 350.00 deposit to hold your reservation, which once you have 
arrived converts to a damage deposit and is completely refundable on 
inspection of your cabin after departure.
