Room, Fireplace, three Cable TVs, VCR/DVD/VHS/CD players, 
Washer/Dryer, all Linens, 2 full Private Baths, sliding door to full 
upper Deck with deck furniture(summer), sliding door to lower Patio, 
Private Parking. 

One bedroom condo has 1 full bath, 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 queen 
pullout couch (slumber air). 

Ski onto slope from upper lot 1,000 feet away. Superb mountain views 
on both ends of the condo! 

 

Walking distance: Perfect Lift Restaurant has a pool table and bar 
located complex. Lake Dolan - sandy beach, clean mountain wanter, 
lifeguard, basket ball court, bike trail, benches, picnic area.

Club Hunter is privately owned, offering membership to tennis courts, 
outdoor swimming pool, and fitness center.

Festival rates for 2 bedroom condo rate per night up to 6 people:

Summer Festival for 1 bedroom condo rate per night up to 4 people:

NOTE: We can add a crib or toddler bed to sleep an additional small 
child in the 1 or 2 bedroom condo. More than 7 people, additional 
charge per night per person up to a maximum of 8 people including 
kids. Rates for up to 3-4 people renting a 2 bedroom condo are 
adjusted as well as for fewer than 4 people renting a 1 bedroom 
condo. 

Minimum age of guests to rent is 21. Minors must be accompanied by 
parent. One night's refundable security and 30-45 days' cancellation, 
cancellation charges may apply.

2 night minimum on most holiday/festival weekends, 3 night minimum 
for President's week.

Holiday rates apply to festivals and Christmas/New Years week(end), 
President's week(end), Martin Luther King(weekend), Easter week(end), 
Memorial Day weekend, July 4th week(end), Labor Day weekend, 
Thanksgiving week(end), and Columbus Day weekend. 


TERMS: Full payment in advance. We accept CASH, MONEY ORDER, 
TRAVELERS CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, (PayPal$). Occupancy is limited to 
the number of persons stated in your confirmation letter. Maintained 
as PET-FREE and NON-SMOKING. No maid service - renters maintain own 
unit.

** Winter rates are effective Nov. 15 and Spring rates are effective 
April 15. Unless confirmed, rates and information are subject to 
change without notice. Book in advance to avoid rate increase.
