table for your personal beach enjoyment. Lounge chairs, tables, and 
grill are also available in the community pool area.

Kennedy Space Center, the cruise port with its mega-ships, and 
several gambling ships.  Disney is one hour away, as is Sebastian 
State Park.  Melbourne International Airport is 20 minutes away--
Orlando International Airport is 50 minutes away.  Golf and sport 
fishing opportunities abound!

     Shopping and entertainment amenities are located all within one

The property is a real jewel situated in its own secluded
