Monthly discounted rate -
$1650 /month or per 4 weeks if not calendar month.
For LESS than month:
At our option, we may accept bookings of less than one month during
the Summer Season more at the following rates.
Minimum charge is 7 nights
Weekly $550. Each additional night: $80/night
$10 per night premium on bookings of less than 14 nights if it ends in
the following month.
3rd person additional charge $5 night, maximum charge $100 (20 nights)
