This is our home, from which we venture south in the winter, and often
are traveling in the other seasons as well.  Three bedrooms each with
private bath.  Master bdrm has oversized jacuzzi tub and double
shower.  Large great room, beautifully appointed, with views in all
three directions of the surrounding mountains, ski area, town of
Steamboat and Howelson Hill ski jumping complex.  With a large open
ranch behind, this property is quiet and away from the ski mountain
crowds, but close to all activities.

Only a few minutes drive to the locals' shuttle parking lot for
easiest access to the ski mountain.  Approximately 7 blocks walk to
center of downtown.  

Deck with gas grill, large family kitchen in the great room with all
you need for easy to gourmet meals..even the spices!  DVD, multiple
TVs, VCR, stereo and surround sound system for your entertainment.  

World class ski area is only minutes away, with shopping and simple to
fine dining only blocks away.  We can give you the local's inside
information to make your vacation the best it can be.  I can help
arrange sleigh dinner rides, hot air ballooning, hot springs tours, etc.  

Rate depends on season and # of guests.  300-500 per night, with a
week minimum required.  For monthly rentals, the rate is especially
good - one month is $3500, two or more momths at $3000 per month.

Our favorite vacation area is in Mexico, preferably the beach.  We
have traveled there extensively and no most areas well.  We would also
consider USA sites where we can take part in all kinds of outside
activities.
