out slopeside Storm Meadows condo lodging in Steamboat awaits your 
arrival to Colorado. Our condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Storm Meadows 
Club C condo sits quietly above the noise & hustle of the base area 
yet is close to it all. Our unit is in the only renovated building (A 
and B are not) and the building is on the end high-point. Because we 
self-manage we can pass the savings on to you, plus you’ll be 
guaranteed this unit.

   The views from the warm south-facing private front deck are top-of-
of-the world and front row. During the winter, head to your own 
private ski/board locker on the lower level. Walk outside, put on 
your equipment and ski down to the slopes (Right-O-Way ski run). 
Steamboat’s legendary snow awaits! If it’s summer the trail connects 
to Steamboat’s extensive hiking/biking trails.

   Ready for lunch? Ski-in, via Storm Meadow’s private trail, back 
home. Make lunch in your fully equipped kitchen. Then watch the world 
go by sipping hot chocolate on your private deck with views of the 
base area to the flat tops 50 miles away. Life is good!

   After a hard day of having way too much fun enjoy the heated pool, 
and hot tubs. Still need more work-out? You also have a private 
fitness facility with changing rooms and lockers plus a outdoor 
tennis court in the summer.

   Ready for dinner, après-ski, the Old Town Hot Springs, shopping or 
other activities? Please read my Steamboat Guide on our website.  The 
complimentary shuttle runs every 20 minutes to and from the ski area 
base and is regularly scheduled to and from downtown/shopping center. 
If you drive, you have plenty of backside parking and incredibly easy 
access to your condo. Without a car, Alpine Taxi can get you here 
from Denver International - DEN (3.5 hrs) or Yampa Valley Airport - 
Hayden/HDN (30 min.).

Computer (Hi-speed Internet only) plus wireless router for laptops,

bar stools, Closet & storage, Plenty of coat hooks and gear storage 
cubicles, Front door bench, Common bathroom, Full length deck with 
chairs, Activities & dining brochures plus maps of the area.

Kitchen: Complete quality kitchen/dining set, Refrigerator w/ ice 
maker, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, plenty of food storage.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed w/ quality linens & warm comforters, 
Bathroom, TV, Deck access, Closet & dresser, Alarm clock.

Second Bedroom: 2 twin beds w/ quality linens & warm comforters, (The 
2 beds will be connected as a king with this plush kit then covered 
with a topper to create a seamless surface. Upon request I’ll make 
twins again, but I prefer to keep it a king.), Easy access to common 
bathroom, Deck access, Closet & dresser, Alarm clock.

Complex Common Area: Ski-in ski-out trails (via Right-O-Way ski run) 
via lower level back door, Heated out-door pool & hot tub, Sauna, 
Changing rooms, Fitness center, Summer tennis courts, Scheduled (20 
minute interval) ski area shuttle (winter only), Scheduled down town 
& supermarket shuttle (winter only), Private ski lockers on lower

2/24/07 - 3/09/07 = $230/night
3/10/07 - 3/23/07 = $285/night
3/24/07 - 4/14/07 = $160/night
4/15/07 - 5/31/07 = $90/night ($490/week)

-Nightly minimums depending on the season.
-5% discount for 7+ days
-Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Leeway is possible. I or my 
friend will meet you at the condo to check you in. Late evening 
arrivals are possible until 10pm.
-25% of the rental is due within 10 days to hold the unit.
-Balance is due within 30 days of your arrival. 
-I accept personal checks or Paypal (+3%) to hold the unit and I 
prefer personal checks for the balance. I can accept Paypal for the 
remainder if you’re willing to pay the fee. I work on a first come 
first serve method and as such Paypal deposits are the fastest 
guarantee during the busy booking periods.
-45 day cancellation period.
-If less than 45 day cancellation, I’ll try my best to rent the unit 
and issue a refund minus $50 for my time. If I can’t rent the unit 
then I’ll need to keep the funds. Sorry. If I rent the unit some of 
the nights of your rental, but not all, I’ll refund the nights I’ve 
rented. I understand things come up and I’ll try my best to work with 
you!
-Sorry no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Once again 
if I can rent the unit, I’ll refund your money for those nights.
