This is a Two (2) Bedroom, Two (2) Bath condo, that is very nice with 
upscale accomodations.  Located right behind the Racquet Club and 
pool with the tennis courts also nearby.  There is a balcony with 
chairs to enjoy the view of the foothills and partial view of the 
lake.  At night time enjoy the clear skies and the stars.  Cliffside 
Condos are located at the highest point in Fairfield Bay so the views 
of the area are the best. The kitchen is complete with all utensils, 
pot and pans and has a microwave.  Stainless steel refrigerator has 
an ice maker and filtered water.  One Bedroom has 2 pillowtop double 
beds and the master bedroom has a pillowtop queen size bed.  There is 
also a queen size sleeper sofa for parties of 6 or more.  The living 
room has a large TV, with cable and the Master bedroom also has a TV. 
Both rooms have VCR or DVD attached to Televisions.  If you are 
staying a week or more the Washer and Dryer is an added convenience.

Fairfield Bay has just about everything for everybody.  2 world class 
golf courses, in Mountain Ranch and Indian Hills.  There is the Hart 
Fitness center that has an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and 
just about every kind of workout equipment you can think of.  Greers 
Ferry lake is a great place to go boating, Jet skiing and fishing.  
Fairfield Bay Marina is there for you to rent boats of any kind. 
Horseback riding is right out of the main gate of Fairfield Bay.  

Nearby attractions would definately include Blanchard Springs Caverns 
which is near Mountain View about 30 minutes away.  As mentioned 
above Greers Ferry Lake is on record as being the second cleanest 
lake in the United States.  Scuba diving can be done in the lake 
along with sking and just some of the best scenery anywhere around.  
Of course Branson Missouri is about one hour and 45 minutes away.
