LOCATION: 78th street between AMSTERDAM & COLUMBUS AVE. --only 1.5
blocks to the Central Park and 2.5 blocks to the 79nd st.1 line. From
72 nd street 2,3, express, the next stop is the Times Square 42nd.
stop, ONLY 4 MINUITES RIDE, 5 minutes ride to Herald square (34th
street), 8 minutes ride to 14th street, 15 minutes ride to financial
district. There are also B,C lines at 81 street and Central Park
west(Museum of Natural History stop). It is on a beautiful and quiet
tree lined street, but many retail shops, restaurants, bars, drug
sotores, 24-hour delis, supermarkets etc. are just steps away!! It is
in an extremely safe area even for children and very nice residential
area lots of hip young professionals live in the area. & RENTS ARE
VERY HIGH AROUND HERE. It is a nice 2BR with 1 QUEEN BED, 1 FULL
BED ,
AND A SOFA BED. WORKING FIREPLACE, FULL KITCHIN AND BATH.
Don't overpay or stay in a small hotel room anymore!! This is a 2
bedroom apartment AND the price includes everything and not even a
penny more!! (HIGH -SPEED INTERNET VIA CABLE--not computer, but if
you
bring your laptop, you can work too--FREE AND UNLIMITED LOCAL & LONG
DISTANCE PHONE CALLS, CABLE TV, electricity, hot and cold water, gas,

are very expensive and even B&B AT 95TH STREET ROOMS FOR 6 PEOPLE ARE

**Will fit 8 people. 1 QUEEN BED in the main bedroom, 1 FULL BED in
the 2nd bedroom, 1 sofa bed that sleeps 2 and 1 futon bed that sleeps
2 in the living room.
**Very clean apt., all sheets and towels are cleaned with heavy
bleach
and very high temperatures after each stay. Bathroom tub, toilet are
cleaned with Clorox after each stay. All sinks, doorknobs, faucets
etc. are sprayed / cleaned with disinfectant spray after each stay.
**FRESH AND ENOUGH LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED
**Shampoos, hair conditioners, bodywash, soap etc.
**FULL KITCHIN: MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER, stove, oven, plates, glasses
