Low Season Rates:

$275 to $300/nite - $1700/week 

Rental Tax of 10.5% will be added to all rentals

$500.00 Security Deposit for nite rentals or $700.00 for Weekly 
rentals is required to book (refundable 7 business days after 
vacating) with full payment required 45 days in advance of arrival 
or immediately if less than 45 days prior to arrival. 
$200.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
The Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after 
vacating the property.
