The Ali'i Condo is a deluxe newly REMODELED vacation condo located 
in the Kuilima Estates East at Turtle Bay, North Shore of Oahu. It 
has new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new ceramic tile flooring, 
a new bathroom, King bed, new furnishings, and has an air condition 
unit. The Kuilima Estates is located in the center of the two 
championship 18 hole golf courses on the grounds of The Turtle Bay 
Resort - The Palmer Course and the Fazio Course. 

The Estates are only minutes away from the beach where you can enjoy 
swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just relaxing on miles of pristine 
sandy beaches. In addition to beach activities, the resort area also 
offers golf, horseback riding (beach and trail), tennis, shopping, 
fine dining, and entertainment. Waikiki and its many attractions are 
only an hour away.
 
Within the Estates are five swimming pools and four regulation 
tennis courts. The condo is well equipped - a full size kitchen, 
stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, telephone, 
cable Televisions, PC with Internet Service, and Stereo System with 
DVD, CD and VCR. You may choose to cook a meal in the condo, or 
barbecue at the outdoor facilities by the pool. Several nearby 
restaurants offer a variety of dining experiences. North Shore 
beaches offer world famous surfing & wind surfing spots - Sunset 
Beach, Waimea Bay, and Banzai Pipeline. The famous Polynesian 
Cultural Center (PCC)in Laie Village is only 5 miles from the 
Estates.

 - All daily rates are based on 3 nights minimum stay. 
 - 4 to 6 nights stay will be a discount of 10%.
 - 30 nights stay will be a discount of 25%.
 
Hawaii State Tax 11.41% and one time Exit Cleaning Fee of $100 will 
be added to the room rates. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT of $300 by check, money order or by credit card 
along with signed rental agreement required within 5 business days 
of original contact of interest to hold reservation. Security 
deposit held for damages and missing items, fully refundable if 
property is returned in same condition as on arrival.  Security 
deposit refunded 10 days after departure.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION must be received 15 days prior to arrival 
during low season (rates are $165/night or lower) and 30 days prior 
during high season (rates above $165/night) to receive a full 
refund. Partial refund if cancelled on day of arrival, no shows or 
early checkout.
