The Royal West Indies Resort is located on the northern shores of 
Grace Bay Beach on the island of Providenciales (just 20 minutes from 
the airport). Royal West Indies is an elegant beachfront property 
with British Colonial design. The resort has 2 pools with bridge, 
gazebo, jacuzzi, water falls and dipping areas. RWI is known for the 
most beautiful landscaping in the country. Walking through the 
property is like touring a botanical garden. At every turn, there is 
a glorious sight or smell. The on-site Mango Reef Restaurant & Bar 
offers a friendly and inviting gathering place for breakfast, lunch, 
dinner & drinks. Their surf & turf is outrageous!

The Queen Ann Suite offers easy elegant caribbean living at an 
excellent price. Located in building 2, just steps to the beach & 
pool. This first floor, end unit consists of 1,004 square feet. The 
suite has incredible views of the ocean, sunsets & gardens. The 
living room has a large sectional sofa which pulls out to sleep 2 
more guests. Twelve foot sliding glass doors open to a spacious wrap-
around tiled patio with eycalyptus furniture. The suite also features 
a fully appointed kitchen with granite breakfast bar, dining area and 
laundry. The master bedroom is bright and airy with king size bed, 
caribbean shutters & flat screen TV. Our liason will greet you at the 
airport and arrange to accompany you directly to the suite (no check-
in lines). You can be on the beach one hour after arrival.

Within walking distance is the town center for shopping, restaurants 
and nightlife. The new Casablanca casino is only a 2 minute walk. And 
nearby is Provo's 18 hole Golf Course & Country Club which is owned 
by the water company, so the greens are pristine.

5/10/08-It WAS a very memorable trip - mostly due to the fine 
accomodations you provided us. Everything was just PERFECT. The condo 
is beautiful and in a great spot. I love that you can see the ocean 
from the patio. The place could not of been cleaner, nicer, or more 
well furnished. Everything is kept with such great care and we 
treated everything there as if it were our own home. We did our 4th 
trip with Capt Bill/Outback for sunset and glow worms - the first 
time in 7 that we have been on Provo and I finally got to see the 
glow worms!!!If we are lucky enough....maybe I will contact you again 
for a rental next year - again, many thanks for sharing your piece of

1/26/08-We enjoyed our visit, everything was as described. The 
property Manager, Sandeep, was waiting for us on arrival and we 
followed him ( grace bay car rentals) directly to the unit. The unit 
was great and in a great location at RWI.The view on the lanai was 
just perfect!We also found the staff at RWI to be very friendly We 
wouldn't hesitate to do this again. Jacquelyn the maid was also very

Dec.2007-You guys have a great place...we were extremely impressed 
with RWI and the grounds are simply outstanding! Of course, the 
beaches are breathtaking and it was nice to have good food in the 
Caribbean for a change. Of the places we've been in the Caribbean, 
Provo has to be near the top of the list. Everything exceeded our 
expectations! We will certainly be back and I've referred several of

November 2007-Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying 
at your condo. From the minute we walked in we knew we were going to 
have a great two weeks. The place was spotless when we arrived and 
you really thought of everything…right down to the CD, which we 
enjoyed listening to during our stay. It has been four years since 
our last visit to TCI and we really noticed a big difference. Thanks 
again for making the rental process so easy, and Fred’s call to see 
if everything was okay during the first week was really thoughtful.
