We invite you to make our oceanfront, ocean view, vacation rental
condo at Molokai Shores Resorts your home away from home when you
travel to 'The Most Hawaiian Island' of Molokai. Our well maintained
and affordable 'Molokai 207' condo unit is ideally located along the
island's sunny southern shoreline just over a mile east of Kaunakakai.
Our fully furnished condo features a living room with a Queen sofa
bed, telephone, cable TV, plug-in and wireless DSL internet access,
DVD player, radio, and ceiling fan. Our condo also has a fully
equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a full size bathroom with tub,
shower, and vanity. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, a desk with a
phone jack for internet access, a ceiling fan and a full size closet.
Our condo also features a full length retractable shade screen on the
lanai. Minimum two night booking required.

Amenities include a full-size swimming pool for the adults and a pool
for small children; a putting green; 3 acres of tropical landscaping
with tiki torches lit each night; picnic tables; gas and charcoal
grills; kayak rentals; safe reef beach for the children to safely play
on; free parking in a secured parking lot; laundry facility; hair
salon; flower shop; free daily local newspaper in resort office; free
access to hula lessons for children and adults with the award winning
Molokai hula dancers. Only 1-1/2 miles to Kaunakakai Town to the
wharf, shops, restaurants, massage, grocery stores, hospital and
medical clinics. Our condo is centrally located to all activities.

Snorkeling, hunting deer and boar, fishing, spear fishing, diving,
sailing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, golfing, horseback
riding, and whale watching tours. Take the ferry ride through the
whale preserve on the way to or from Maui. Experience the mule ride to
Kalaupapa Historical National Park, visit old Hawaiian churches
commemorating Father Damien, mail a coconut from the Hoolehua post
office, gaze at the highest sea cliffs in the world from the lookout
point at the north end of the island or from a boat. Visit Keoloha
Pa's unassuming art studio where he works in the art of Batik wood.  A
native born artist who has lived in many parts of the world developing
his craft, he is located along the road a mile past the Hotel Molokai.
His work is not to be missed.

All rates are subject to 11.42% tax plus a one-time $65.00 cleaning
fee. Minimum two-night booking required.

Reservations are confirmed when a $200 non-refundable deposit is
received.  The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit Cards, personal checks and money orders are acceptable for
deposits and payments.  Personal checks are only accepted if received
at least 30 days prior to reservation.  If making reservations within
30 days of your arrival payment will be required in full by credit
card or money order only.  Cancellation of a booking at any time after
Confirmation has been issued will result in forfeiture of the $200
deposit.  Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in loss
of paid rental amounts unless Property is re-booked for the same
period and at the same rate as the initial booking. If a portion of
the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made.  A
Credit Card number of the guest is held on file for all reservations
in case of damage, missing items or excessive use.
