Waterfront cottage, with covered porch looking out at Fisher's 
Island Sound and the Noank Shore. 50 steps down path to wonderful 
swimming beach for both children and adults. 8 foot rowboat (with 4 
hp motor) available for your use. Sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms, plus pullout 
couch in living room). 1 bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, 
microwave, and all linens and towels are provided. Utilities and 
yard maintenance included.
