This comfortable house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a screened 
porch and sun deck. Three of the bedroom have queen-size beds, while 
the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is 
an upstairs sitting area with a queen sleeper-sofa which sleeps an 
11th and 12th person. You can get a view of the ocean from the 
upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances 
and necessities. Basketball and ping-pong are available on-site for 
the kids (bring your own basketball, ping-pong equipment is 
furnished). Cable TV/DVD available in the main living area and in the 
upstairs sitting area (TV/VCR), so you can watch what you want while 
the kids are upstairs watching what they want.

The beach is located a very short walk (1 & 1/2 blocks) down a sandy 
road. When you return from a day on the beach, an outside shower (hot 
and cold water) is available to rinse off the sand.

Available for rent all year. This is a rental-by-owner. However, 
during your stay, the property will be managed by a local rental 
agency, which can help with any needs that may arise. Minimum one 
week rental during peak season.

Cancellation Policy - Refunds

If (1) the property re-rents for the same length of time and for the 
same rental amount and (2) a deposit has been received from the 
replacement tenant, then a full refund,less the Reservation Fee, 
Travel Insurance, Sales Taxes and any other Extras Paid, will be 
issued. 

IF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT RE-RENT, ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED.

These rules apply to all cancellations, regardless of the reason for 
cancellation.
