Description
|
|
Centrally located in Hilo along Banyan Drive, you will be within
easy walking distance to many restaurants, the beautiful Liliokalani
Park, Ice Ponds, and of course, Reed’s Bay. Reed’s Bay has a sandy
beach with underground streams of fresh water making this clearly an
icy adventure. Many sailboats moor up in this bay, as well as
kayakers, and families barbequeing and enjoying the sun.
For drinks or kau-kau (food), you can walk less than a block to find
several good places.
