Family-oriented Condo Building with only 45 units, Unit #208 has a 
beautiful view of the Ocean from the kitchen, living room and 
balcony, which overlooks one of the rare oceanfront swimming pools.  
We are located a condo away from the Cocoa Beach Pier with its 5 
restaurants and shopping, so it is possible to watch the surfing 
contests that are sponsered at the Pier from your balcony.  We are 
also a walking distance away from Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Grocery & 
Small Shopping Centers; and yet, the Boulevard is a quiet, walking 
and bicycle friendly street with little traffic.

Completely stocked condo and kitchen, including all soaps for the 
washer/dryer, dishwasher, and bathrooms.  Kitchen also includes 
refrigerator w/filtered water and ice, ceramic-top stove, microwave, 
coffee pot, toaster, and pantry.  Condo has three TV's, one HD, two 
DVD's, One VCR, two CD Players, one Stereo.  Master Bedroom has king-
size bed, Guest Bedroom has twin beds.  Dining Room has a table plus 
a bar w/seatting for four that has access into Kitchen.  Unit has 
wireless internet access. 

Besides the Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral with it's four Major 
Cruise Lines, including the Disney Cruise Line is only 3 miles 
away.  Orlando with it's many Theme Parks is from 40 to 50 miles, 
depending on the Park you want to visit.  The Kennedy Space Center 
is just 15 miles away with a visitor center that has marvelous 
exhibits and imax theaters showing our earth from the eyes of the 
Astronauts; and you are able to watch shuttle launches or rocket 
launches from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station from the roof of 
your Condo!!  The internationally-famous Brevard Zoo is just 10 
miles South with kayak rides and interaction with the animals, like 
feeding the giraffes.

The rates are $850 a week except during April, June & July.
The rates are $2200 a month except during April, June & July
We add $100 a week during those Months except for repeat customers

There is 11% tax added onto the rate and a $65 Cleaning Fee

We require a $300 refundable deposit that is returned the day after 
departure
