enjoy the nature, beauty and adventure of Cape Cod at this 
quintessential Cape Cod beach cottage.  We are located on a family-
friendly cul-de-sac of seven summer homes & vacation rentals. Our 
cozy beach cottage has that traditional Cape Cod feel with its 
knotty pine interior walls & an airy open floor plan for the living 
room & kitchen area.  Two bedrooms each have two twin beds with 
recent purchases of mattresses & bedding. There is a front deck, new 
gas grill & full patio set.  Our cottage is also equipped with an 
outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for washing off the salt 
water & beach sand!  Sea street beach is our closest beach and 
straight walk (5/10 mile) from the cottage.  It is a public, life-
guarded beach just an easy stroll down Sea Street. You do not need 
to bring your own beach chairs we have provided four new chairs for 
you to enjoy the surf and sand.

With our convenient location you can stroll around the corner to the 
local farmstand, pizza parlor or ice cream spot.  You can also 
stroll over to enjoy agreat breakfast or dinner at the Wee Packet or 
lobster and steamers at the Wooden Shoe, a favorite spot among the 
locals.

great location is fun and easy. Our location makes you accessible to 
everything the Cape has to offer. 
Nearby access to Nantucket Sound Beaches, Cape Cod Bike Rail Trail, 
Golf Courses, Nature walks, Kayaking, Ferries to Martha's Vineyard, 
Nantucket & Monomoy Island, Shopping and Antiquing along with a 
variety of great restaurants serving family-fare to fine dining.  
Don't forget to take an after...dinner walk to the famous ice cream 
spot around the corner
