Our century farm house has been beautifully restored and upgraded 
with modern conveniences while retaining the original charm. The 
farm is great for families or groups, you can sleep up to 12 people. 

There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 
beautiful queen size bed, and  an ensuite washroom, the front 
bedroom has a double bed.  The larger bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, double 
lower bunk, single upper bunk, great for all the kids to stay 
together. A large living room with a wood stove for atmosphere. A 
separate sitting room with second TV doubles as a fourth bedroom. 
All bedding, pillows are included. 

The kitchen in the farmhouse is fully equipped, dishes, cutlery, 
pots,casseroles, microwave, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher 
all new Dec. 2005.  With a large Harvest table that seats 12 the 
whole family can enjoy meals together. If you want a break from 
cooking there is a great variety of restaurants in the area.  There 
are small cafes, bistro's, to Italian, casual dining to fine dining, 
reservations required, you have a choice.

There is a propane BBQ, picnic table, deck chairs, fire pit, to 
enjoy the outside.  All of the facilities of Cedars Cottage Resort, 
right next door are included.  Children love to play on our shallow, 
sandy beach. Meet at the outdoor heated swimming pool. We also have 
a games room with pool table, shuffleboard, table tennis and board 
games. 

The use  of canoes and peddle boats, life jackets and water safety 
kits are included. Rental motor boats are available next door. Lake 
Eugenia is well known for its great bass fishing.

Enjoy our 40 acres for nature walks. Walk through the fields and 
down to the undisturbed shores at the south end of Lake Eugenia. 
There you may see deer, beaver, herons, loons and many other types 
of wildlife.  

 In the winter bring your own cross country skis or snowshoes and 
blaze your own trail.  Bring your skates, weather permitting we have 
our own ice rink.

Cedars is only minutes from the Bruce Trail, Canada's oldest and 
longest marked trail. The Beaver Valley is a great place to start on 
the trail. Enjoy the incredible view from on top of Old Baldy. There 
are several hikes available from this area. 

Cedars has several golf courses within a short distance and the back 
roads are great for cycling. For the alpine skiers we are close to 
some of Ontario's most popular ski slopes, Talisman, Beaver Valley, 
Blue Mountain. For those who enjoy cross country skiing we are a 15 
minute drive from Kolapore Uplands Wilderness Area. 

The scenery is incredible, there are 7 waterfalls in Grey County, 
look out over Beaver Valley from the top of Old Baldy Mountain, 
explore the Feversham Gorge. Visit the Scenic Caves near Collingwood.

Cedars makes a good home base for sight seeing, we are only 2 hours 
from downtown Toronto and everything it has to offer. Visit Niagara 
Falls one of the great wonders of the world, only 2 1/2 hours away.
Or just stay on the beach and relax.

Cedars Edge Farm, with up to 6 - $225.00 per night, add $15.00 per 
additional person, sleeps 12

each additional person, sleeps 8 
2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 4 - $115.00 per night
2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 6 - $140.00 per night

A 50% deposit is required for a 2 night stay and a deposit of 35% is 
required for longer stays.

For cancellations more than 30 days before your arrival date your 
deposit is refundable less $50.00. For cancellations 30 days or less 
before your arrival date your deposit is non refundable.
