Corner Oceanfront condo located on sandy Kahana beach, 3 miles north of
Kaanapali.  Private lanai with fantastic 180-degree view of the beach,
ocean, and islands of Molokai and Lanai.  Enjoy the sunsets with your

condo features the bedroom on the ocean as well as the living room and

The condo is one bath/one bedroom with king size bed and queen sleeper
sofa in living room.  Completely furnished with linens, iron, hair
dryer, color cable TV, VCR, CD/Tape player, telephone, refrigerator,
oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer, fully equipped
kitchen.  The Resort has a heated swimming pool and gas BBQ's for your
use. There is a fitness center on property that guests can use for a
nominal fee.  The grounds are well kept and feature many tropical plants.

Ideally located, close to shops, markets, and restaurants.  A short
drive to great snorkel spots and championship golf courses. Seasonally
you can go whale watching or jet skiing or parasailing all in the West
Maui area.  Deep sea fishing vessels depart from port in Lahaina.

Nightly rates are $165 low season (Apr 16 to Dec 15) and $180 high
season (Dec 16 to Apr 15) plus Hawaii taxes of 11.41%.  Stays of 28 or
more days get a 10% discount.  Reservations require a deposit of 1/2
or 5 nights, which ever is less,within 10 days to secure reservation.
 The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is
refundable if reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to
arrival.  Between 60 and 30 days, 1/2 of payments are forfeited and if
less than 30 days, all payments are forfeited, unless another
reservation fills the canceled dates.
