OCEANVIEW ARTIST COTTAGE 

Imagine your vacation here. Looking out your French doors to this
view; close enough to hear the waves crashing. Watching pelicans,
osprey, hawks, sea lions, even whales seasonally journey past your
cottage/art studio. Yes, art studio, too. This unique vacation place
is equipped with art supplies for your creative side to explore during
your stay. From painting to sculpture, the materials are here for you.
An easel is even provided. The location is off of a dead end short
street. There is vitually no traffic.

Your cottage has a full kitchen, sleeping area,“instant-on” fireplace,
full bath, all linens, and an outside BBQ. 7-foot tall movable panels
separate the sleeping area if you choose. High peaked ceiling adds to
the spacious feeling. Everything you need to restore your vital signs
is provided! The hot tub has a stunning view of the ocean as well as
the star-filled sky.


Things that plug into the wall include satellite TV, Tivo, portable
stereo/CD, microwave, phone, coffee maker, and convection oven.

Local activities:  hiking, biking, kayaking, whale watching,
 bird watching, fishing, abalone diving, surfing,
 seasonal mushroom hunting, golfing, snorkeling/diving.

Gualala is a small town on Highway One north of Bodega Bay
 and south of Mendocino in Mendocino County; The Sea Ranch
 is nearby. Gualala has numerous art galleries, restaurants,
 beaches to explore, unique shops, and is located in
 a “banana belt” weather area. 

You’re wondering, how much could this wonderful cottage cost? For just 
$185 per night for two people, two-night minimum, three over holidays, 
you will have some special days to tuck into your memories. If more 
than 2 people share the cottage, please contact us so we can describe 
sleeping accommodations in detail. Weekly rate of $1050 for those who 
just can’t leave after a shorter stay! Well-behaved dogs are welcome; 
1 dog $25, 2 dogs $45 for 2 day stay, then $10 per day per dog for 
remainder of stay. Most rentals charge extra for linens, cleaning 
services, and taxes; we
do not.
