SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit will be used to insure the return of the 
premises in clean condition with no damages, except for normal wear 
and tear. The security deposit will be held by owners and the costs 
of any damages or costs to replace any missing items will be 
deducted 
from said security deposit and the balance will be refunded to the 
tenant within twenty (20) days after an inspection of the premises. 
Tenant herby agree to replace or repair any damaged areas of the 
premises: its furnishings, fixtures and equipment. Tenant will be 
responsible for any damages in excess of the security deposit. NO 
show no refund.
