expect to find in your own home. Our 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses have 
2 full baths, true double beds with high thread count luxury linens, 
soft and fluffy bath linens, large verandas and open kitchens and 
living rooms where you can enjoy your morning coffee away from the 
noise of the city. Our bedrooms open to verandas or balconies where 
you can enjoy the sun and warmth of Greece, watch the lights of the 
city, visit with friends or just curl up with a book. Enjoy an ouzo 
on the roof terrace, overlooking the Acropolis, Lykavittos, the 
mountains and the sea. 

Just returning from a visit to the islands? Wash away the sea salt 
from your clothes in the full size washing machine and dryer. No car 
is needed to explore Athens, but if you have brought one, indoor 
parking is available.

the beaten path areas you'll find in our welcome pack, you'll be 
glad to retreat to your own personal haven, a home away from home, 
to rest and recharge before enjoying Athens by night

Each of our gourmet kitchens has granite countertops, and the 
convenience of full size appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee 
maker, microwave oven, blender, and toaster. Our signature kitchen 
floating island accommodates 6 - 8 guests and doubles as a workspace 
where our guests can often be found preparing a Greek feast using 
the 
freshest finds from one of three nearby weekly farmers markets, or 
perhaps a purchase from the Athens Central Market that they just had 
to buy. Of course you too will enjoy your own feast while dining al 
fresco on the veranda, or under the stars on the roof terrace. 

Whether you want to take the tourist track spending the day visiting 
the Acropolis and strolling around the Plaka, or you prefer to 
venture off the beaten path where you can fill your stomach, without 
emptying your wallet, nibbling mezedes and sipping ouzo where the 
locals dine, or enjoying a frappe or freddo at an outdoor table on 
tree lined Ymittou Street, the heart of our downtown neighborhood, 
you will find yourself within easy reach of it all. 

A few minutes walk leaves you marveling in front of the Marble 
Stadium, cross the street and wander through the National Gardens, 
emerging in front of Syntagma Square and the Parliament Building, 
where you can admire the stoic tall Greek guards as they march in 
step across the plaza and back down Vasilias Sophias to the 
Presidential Mansion.

Cross back to Syntagma, window shop down Ermou, wander right towards 
Plaka, and up through the windy streets to the Acropolis and the 
Parthenon. 

Perhaps you want a taste of Athens?  Don't miss the Central Market 
on 
Athenas, though if meat is not your thing, the fruit and veggie 
sellers across the way may be where you will want to visit instead.

Torn between staying in Athens and venturing alittle further afield? 
Let us arrange a day trip to Delphi or Korinth.  We can arrange for 
a 
private, English speaking, non smoking friendly and knowledgable 
driver - a great alternative to landing at the sites along with all 
of the tour buses.  We also offer itinerary planning for the real do-
it-yourselfers.

Rates are based on 4 guests, contact us for larger groups.  The 
apartment can be locked off and rented in a number of sizes - Two 
bedrooms, three and four bedrooms, as well as six bedrooms. 

A 500 euro deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and 
payment in full is due 60 days in advance.
