You will be very pleased with your choice of our Villa in Sea Woods 
Resort and New Smyrna Beach. The resort is located just across the 
street from the ocean and also offers other activities to make your 
stay enjoyable. A mixture of full time residents and vacationing 
guests occupy the resort. The resort offers three swimming pools 
(one of which is heated during chilly months), four tennis courts 
(two lighted), a scenic walking/biking/jogging path, two racquetball 
courts, and a fitness center that includes a sauna. Sea Woods Resort 
is located directly across the road from the ocean. From our villa 
it is literally a five minute walk from your front door to the sand. 
A grocery store and several small cafe's are also located right next 
to the resort within easy walking distance. The one level villa is 
easily accessible with parking just outside your doorstep (no 
hauling luggage upstairs!). The Villa has two separate bedrooms, two 
separate full bathrooms, a full size kitchen, a laundry with full 
size washer and dryer, an open living room/dining room area and a 
brick patio area outside. There is also a lovely atrium with 
tropical foliage located in the center of the villa.


The individually owned Villa is also locally professionally managed 
and a 24 hour emergency number is provided. 


New Smyrna Beach is rare find - a still unspoiled family friendly 
beach town!  A wonderful place to relax, get away from the large 
cities and capture that real "beach vacation" feel.  New Smyrna has 
many wonderful restaurants and small shops on historic Flagler 
Avenue.  There are just a few of the chain restaurants and stores 
(not many).  For more excitement it is easy to head up the road to 
Daytona (about 20 minutes) or further south to Orlando (about an 
hour).

This clean, private, comfortable "home away from home" is fully 
equipped including central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, 
a telephone with answering machine, a plentiful supply of bed and 
bath linens, a hair dryer in each bathroom, make-up mirror, vanity 
seat, iron and ironing board, umbrellas, a full-size washer and 
dryer, two color cable TVs (one 31" and one 19"), a VCR/ DVD/CD 
player, books, games, beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella, 
radio, beach toys, boogie boards, wheeled cart to transport gear to 
beach, softside cooler and large sturdy cooler, thermos, tennis 
rackets and much more. The complete kitchen includes a full-size 
refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, blender, dishes, cookware, 
utensils, coffee maker, microwave, spices and virtually any gadget 
you might need among other things.Free local phone calls are 
included 

Beach combing, sunbathing, swimming (ocean or one of the several 
pools on resort property). Tennis on site. Visit Daytona Beach 
(climb Ponce Inlet Lighthouse), Orlando (Disney and similar 
attractions), Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine. Chase's on the Beach, a 
popular casual restaurant with outdoor beach-front deck seating is 
also within walking distance via the beach. Take a stroll on the 
beach, stop at Chase's for a drink, meal or one of their fabulous 
appetizers while taking in the ocean view, and then stroll 
back "home" - very relaxing!

Deposit/Payment: A refundable $200 reservation/security deposit is 
required in advance to confirm a reservation. Deposit is returned 
within 15 days after guest departure with no damages. Our policy is 
to return deposits for confirmed reservations when reservation is 
cancelled 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. 

Payment for rental is due in full at check-in. 
Please note that we do not accept credit cards. 
Personal checks will be accepted if received 30 days prior to 
arrival.
