 Description  


Contemporary home is located on the main portion of Lake Anna, just 
across from the Lake Anna State Park.  Lots of boating activity on 
weekends, but little on weekdays.  This location is ideal for 
swimming, fishing, water sports and hiking.  Home is located only 60 
feet from water's edge.

 Amenities 

 

Fully furnished and equipped, eat-in kitchen, family room with 
satellite downlink TV, air conditioned, 32 ft. pier adjacent to 
property for fishing or tying up boat.  Home is in gated community 
of Windwood Coves, just of Rte. 208.  Community maintains tennis and 
volleyball courts, picnic pavilions, a tot-friendly sand beach and a 
boat launching area.

 Attractions 

 

Located only a few minutes from the Lake Anna State Park.  Also, 
within easy commuting distance of Fredericksburg, Mineral and 
Louisa, all of which have restaurants and quaint shops.

 Rates 

 


$950 weekly (Friday through Friday) during high season (Memorial Day 
through Labor Day). Also $50 refundable damage deposit.  
Cancellations will be refunded according to the "rule of tens" (send 
email to owner for explanation).  Off-season rental rate is $650 
weekly. Sorry, no weekend or daily rentals.
