This lovely apartment called Roaring Brook has one bedroom with a 
electic fireplace and four poster bed, full kitchen, bath with 
shower, large living room with a double bed suite in the rear of the 
room and two twin craftmatic beds used as couchs by day.  Two TV's 
and VCR and cable.  The large studio has a queen canopy draped bed, 
computer with high speed internet, twin daybed, TV with DVD, VCR and 
cable, small kitchen with stove, bath with shower and private 
entrance in a Victorian house.

We serve tea in our dining room, have a small vintage shop, play 
vinyl records and 8 track tapes, play card games and have small 
parties throughout the year for different occasions.  We also offer 
Reiki with Aromatherapy to our guests upon request. We have bonfires 
in the field and a chimenea for small intimate settings. We also 
have a peace cabin for mediation.

Belleayre Mountain is only one mile from our door and we are a 2 
minute walk from 3 restaurants in town, museum, beach in the summer, 
post office, convience store, gas station, bus station, auctions 
nearby, hiking trails in town, fishing nearby, cross country skiing, 
fall leave peepers welcome.  Very quiet.

We charge on weekends $250 a night for the large apartment for 2 to 
6 people and $200 per night weekly in Roaring Brook in the winter 
due to the high cost of fuel.  The studio is $200 per night for 1 to 
3 guests during the winter.  Summer and Fall rates are lower.  We 
also will do weekly,monthly and seasonal rates.  You have to pay 
with US postal money order, cash or paypal.  We charge 10 percent 
tax and security if the apartment will be occupied for more than a 
weekend.  No refunds on reservations due to being such a small 
lodging facility.  Security will be returned within a week after 
inspection of the apartment.
