three bedrooms and two baths in 1380 square feet of comfort and
privacy! Walk to shopping, restaurants, and the best beaches on
Maui!
There are SO many reasons to vacation here at our prime "Kamaole
Beach Royale"... For us, the reasons are personal... This is not
just our vacation "rental" ... This is our vacation "home". We own
this wonderful piece of paradise because we love it! We visit Maui
as often as possible, and want our time here to really count!
Having lived on Maui, we knew exactly what we wanted. So
finding "KBR" was our dream come true! Why do we love our "KBR", &
how do we know that you will love it too? ...
Location ... Beaches ... Comfort ... & our home away from home!
We love this location, because for us it's the perfect home away
from home. Living in San Diego, we got spoiled with great weather.
S. Kihei's weather is even better! ... & actually gets less rain!
Northern areas of Kihei & Maui are often windy & rainy.
We were even pickier! S. Kihei's weather is great ... but could we
simply "walk" to great beaches & restaurants? How about tons of
shopping, & even live entertainment? Most condos in S. Kihei didn't
have what we were looking for. "KBR" has it ALL! Our condo is just
300' from Kamaole Beach Park. Our beach is Kamaole I Beach, & is
often rated one of the best beaches in the world! Shopping - dining -
entertainment ... just a stroll away!
After a day's activities, we love retiring to the comfort of our
spacious & fully equipped condo. Here we have everything we need, &
can relax in peace & quiet. We hope that you too will love our
little piece of paradise, & come to feel as we do, that it's your
home away from home!

Rates are for 6 people - $10 ea for additional (max 8 people)
Jan 7 - March 31:$215 / night
April 1 - Dec 14:$180 / night
December - Jan 6:$239 / night
Rent direct - Save $
*all rates are quoted in US funds
Hawaii Tax of 11.42% will be added

Now here's the other stuff ...
5 night minimum stay - 14 night Christmas to New Years - Jan 2-5
arrivals minimum stay until Jan 10
$500 damage deposit. Balance refunded w/in 7 days
3 night deposit is required within 7 days to confirm reservation. 7
night deposit is required for holiday periods and for reservations
of 14 nights or more
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is
less than 60 days away, full payment is due within 7 days of
reservation.
For rentals of 30 days or more, 1/2 of full balance is due 6 months
prior to arrival
Christmas/New Years - Full payment due October 1
No Smoking - No Pets
Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
CANCELLATIONS:
A 60 day cancellation notice is required. A $50 cancellation fee
will be collected on all cancellations.
If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-
rented.
Christmas/New Years - no cancellations or refunds after October 1.
