This professionally decorated home is located in Northwest Tucson,
and sleeps 6 - 8. Enjoy the beautiful mountain and sunset views while
you grill at the outdoor kitchen shaded by a ramada. Sip your morning
coffee or evening cocktail on the covered patio,swim in the heated
pool, relax in the spa, or practice your swing on your own putting
green. Winter evenings can be cool, so enjoy the outdoor fire bowl,
or the gas fireplace in the great room. At the end of the day, slip
between the high quality sheets on the luxury pilow top mattresses
for a restful night's sleep. Wake up to take advantage of nearby
hiking, golf, shopping and sightseeing.
All bedrooms have luxurious mattresses, down pillows and comforters.
Each bedrrom is complete with t.v. and d.v.d. or v.c.r. The king size
master bedrrom and private bath with separate soaking tub, shower and
dual vanites is located at one end of the house. The two guest
bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with queen, share a full
bath at the opposite end of the house. The great room includes a
sectional with queen size sleeper.

Decorated with a hint of the Old Pueblo, you will have a formal DR to
enjoy meals or move into the kitchen for a small breakfast nook and
kitchen bar height counter for simplier meals.
The great room is perfect for congregating after a day of sight
seeing.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use.
Moving outdoors you will have a patio set with seating for
6, plus a hammock, all located under the full length shaded
porch. The chipping and putting green is ready for practice before
you hit the many golf courses located nearby. The shaded ramada has
the 4 burner Turbo Gas Grill with mini-fridge and 4 barstools. The
heated (optional) pool and spa await.

Experience southern Arizona. Enjoy world class golf, with hundreds of
courses to choose from. Watch Major League Baseball Spring Training,
when we host the Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago White Sox, and the
Colorado Rockies. Hike or bike numerous mountain and city paths, or
drive 25 scenic miles and up 6000 ft. to Mt. Lemmon. Don't forget
Sabino Canyon, where you can hike or enjoy the tram ride. Visit San
Xavier del Bac (c. 1700 Spanish Mission), Old Tucson Studios, the
Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (wildlife and gardens), Tohono Chul Park
(desert gardens and tea room), Saguaro National Park, or Biosphere
II. Stroll the University of Arizona campus and nearby 4th Avenue for
funky shopping, dining and bars. Or try the Lost Barrio for antiques,
art, and gifts. More great local art galleries and shopping are
scattered throughout Tucson.

Fourth week free with monthly rental.
One week minimum rental. Check-in Saturday after 4:00 pm. Check-out
Saturday by 11:00 am
Fall, Winter and Spring rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
50% deposit at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
From November through April, if pool is heated there is an additional
charge of $100 per week.
