The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is located just a few miles Southwest
of Glenwood Springs, Colorado - gateway to the beautiful Roaring Fork
Valley. The house is less than 5 miles from the shops, restaurants
and conveniences of town, but located on 40 private acres in the
Four Mile Canyon. The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is on Four
Mile Road, which dea ends at the Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort and a
Forest Service road entering White River National Forest. The house
is less than an hour from Aspen or Vail. This is the heart of the
Western Slope of the Rockies, and with 300 days of sunshine each
year, you'll always find a perfect day for the unlimited recreational

The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is a 6,000 square foot, six and a half
bedoom, four full and two half bath beautiful log home, featured in
the March 2001 issue of Log Home Design Ideas. The house features a
gourmet kitchen,
complete with six burner Viking stove, oversized Subzero
refrigerator, granite countertops, and Spanish tile floors. The open
area surrounding the kitchen has cherry flooring, cathedral log
ceiling,a 23 foot fireplace , and there
is a huge patio adjacent to the kitchen. There is also large deck,
looking out over
canyon country and the mountains beyond, which can be accessed from
doors
in the sunken living room, or from two upstairs bedrooms. The house
was built in 2001. Extensive renovations were
completed in December 2005. These include a new upper level master
suite, a new lower level master suite, and a beautiful lower level
recreation room. The house features wireless broadband and high speed
cable internet access. The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is ideally
located for an adventurous Colorado vacation. But once you arrive you

Oh so many . . . . The house is warm and welcoming. Please come and
relax. There are many places to gather with a large group, and
options to sit quietly and hide. The kitchen is fully stocked with
cooking supplies. You will also have a Viking stove/oven/warming
shelf, an oversized Subzero refrigerator, Cuisine Art coffee maker,
and a marble island on which to create/present your meals. There is
also a kitchenette in the lower level rec room for convenience when
the morning and evening cravings arise. The views from the house are
incredible, complete with wildlife. The house is heated with radient
heat, which means you will be comfortable and warm in the winter. It
also has two fireplaces for ambiance and warmth. There is a grill
for the outside cooks, which we all love. Please don't forget the
pool table, family games, puzzles, books, wireless internet access,
long distance calls & of course a laundry room with a view (and 2

Endless options - Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Vale, and of
course Glenwood Springs. In Glenwood Springs ther is a plethera of
hiking trails, the incredible biking trail, Glenwood Caverns, ever-so-
popular Hot Springs, the best skiing at Sunlight, great shopping in
town, so many food options, fishing, horseback riding, and hopefully
relaxing by the stars. The sky is incredible. Especially the sunrise
and sunset in the canyon.

2008 RATES
January 3, 2008 thru May 22, 2008 - $800 / Night; $5,000 / Week
May 23, 2008 thru September 1, 2008 - $850 / Night; $5,300 / Week
September 2.08 thru December 14, 2008 - $800 / Night; $5,000 / Week
December 15,2008 thru January 4, 2009 - $950 / Night; $6,000 / Week
There is a two night minimum stay.
A three night minimum stay is required during the Christmas Holiday
(December 15th - January 3rd).
This rate is to accommodate a maximum of 16 people. There is an
extra charge for additional adults or children of $50 per person/per
night. Please call for the weekly rate for additional people or
gathering/meals for more than 16 people.
A deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security deposit is
required a the time of booking by Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover or check. Final payment is due 60 days prior to
arrival. If booked within 60 days of arrival, the total is due, in
full, at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security Deposit is due at the time of booking. The security deposit
is $100 per night, or $500 per week. Deposits for completed rental
will be refunded approximately three (3) weeks after departure date,
less any sums for damage to premises: other than normal wear and tear.
