Lovely 2 unit cottage available for cottage rental as well as B&B
accomodations. Each cottage has a seperate entrance. Our Carriage
House unit sleeps 4 comfortably and has a private deck and view of
our pond. This unit is fully equipped with a full size canape bed
and a pull out sofa, full kitchen, sitting area, and full private
bathroom. The Lower Nest unit is more spacious and can accomodate up
to 5 guests. This unit is fully equipped with a queen sized bed,
pull out sofa bed and the full kitchen, sitting area and private
bathroom also.

Each rental unit has access to the pond, teepee, swing, and hammock
located in the back yard. The highlight of our property is the 30
mile rail trail located directly in the back of our property. This
trail is perfect for hikers, bikes, and cross country skiers. We are
also located centrally in the national Audobon society.

Come visit us if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, romatic
getaway or are in the mood for some local shopping in the antique
capital of Connecticut, Putnam (5 miles away). Don't forget to visit
us during the summer months for the Brimfield Antique fair as well as
our beautiful property during a Christmas getaway in a New England
snow covered picture perfect vacation.
